These terms govern your use of the website at https://kinetic-ops.app (the "site"). The site is operated by GoSafe, a South African venture of its founders Ian Groenewald and Charl le Roux ("GoSafe", "we", "us"). Our place of business is Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa.

Since 2026-09-26 the site describes GoSafe, AI-orchestrated escrow for person-to-person sales in South Africa. GoSafe is a proof of concept: pre-regulatory, not open to the public, and no regulatory approval is claimed. Before that date the site described KIP ("Kinetic Ops"), a voice-first executive co-pilot app for the car, which is in build and not released. These terms cover this website only.

1. Acceptance

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. If you register interest, you also confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

2. What this site is (and is not)

The site does two things. It describes GoSafe (and previously KIP), and it takes interest sign-ups.

The site is not the product, and it is not an offer of any product or service. Specifically:

• GoSafe is a proof of concept. It holds no money for anyone, is not open to the public, and is pre-regulatory. Nothing on the site is an offer of escrow, payment, custody or verification services, or a statement that any such service is available today.
• GoSafe is not a bank and does not accept or hold money from the public. Any money-holding in a released GoSafe would be provided by a bank under that bank's own terms.
• KIP is in build and not released. There is no app store listing.
• Nothing on the site is an offer to supply either product, or a statement that any capability described here is available today.
• Any insider test or pilot will be under a separate written agreement, not under these terms.
• Nothing on the site is professional, financial or legal advice of any kind.

3. The interest list

Registering interest creates no obligation on either side.

• We are not obliged to contact you, admit you to any test or pilot, or release anything.
• You are not obliged to take part in anything. You may leave the list at any time by asking us to delete your entry.
• If a test or pilot goes ahead, places are at our discretion.

When you register, we collect: your email address (required), your name (optional), a free-text note (optional), the time you gave consent, and the source/utm strings on the link you used. We use a GoSafe entry to contact you about GoSafe and for aggregate demand research; a KIP waitlist entry made before 2026-09-26 is used only for the KIP purposes it was given for. The lawful basis is your consent — the checkbox is unticked by default. The data is stored with Cloudflare (D1). Unless you allow Google Analytics on the analytics banner, the site sets no cookies beyond Cloudflare's essential infrastructure; traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregates — never who you are. Google Analytics, if you allow it, sets its own cookies.

To have your entry deleted, email the Information Officer, Charl le Roux, at charl@alteragro.com. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy. If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal information, you may complain to the South African Information Regulator (POPIA).

4. Intellectual property

The GoSafe name and marks and the GoSafe content on this site belong to the founders or their licensors. The KIP and Kinetic Ops names and marks, and this domain, belong to their owner and are used here with permission. Using the site gives you no licence to any of it. You may view the site and share links to it. Do not copy, scrape, or reuse the marks or content without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use of the site

Use the site lawfully and as intended. Do not:

• probe, disrupt, or overload the site or its hosting;
• submit false information to the interest list, or another person's details without their permission;
• scrape the site or harvest data from it, whether by hand or by automation;
• use the site to distribute spam or malicious content;
• misrepresent an affiliation with GoSafe or KIP.

We may block access for abuse.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Descriptions of GoSafe and KIP on this site describe products in build. They are statements of intent, not promises of features, dates, availability, or of any level of protection against fraud or loss. Anything described may change or be withdrawn.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSafe is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

7. The products are in build

GoSafe is a proof of concept and KIP is in build; neither is released. Nothing on this site is an offer of either product or of any service, and no capability described here should be read as live. GoSafe's release rules, scenarios and verification steps are described as designed and as run on emulators, not as a live service.

Safety sits in the design, not the marketing. KIP is being built so that interaction while a vehicle is moving is voice-only, and approvals wait until the vehicle is parked. A Safe-use and recording policy accompanies these terms and will govern how the app may be used.

8. Future terms will govern the products

When either product is released, its use will be governed by its own terms of service and privacy notice (and, for KIP, its safe-use and recording policy), presented before use. Test and pilot participation will be under a separate written agreement. These website terms grant no access to, and no rights in, either product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Safe-use and Recording Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us for the site.

We may update these terms. When we do, the version and effective date at the top change, and a line is added below.
